    Maybe someone this information useful on perks and attack cards:
    Units perks
    Accuracy - More time at the firing range is never a bad thing
    1 rarity: Common - increase accuracy by 8%
    2 rarity: Rare - increase accuracy by 12%
    3 rarity: Epic - increase accuracy by 17%
    4 rarity: Legendary - increase accuracy by 25%

    Damage - New and improved ammo: guaranteed more effective
    1 rarity: Common - increase damage by 18%
    2 rarity: Rare - increase damage by 26%
    3 rarity: Epic - increase damage by 37%
    4 rarity: Legendary - increase damage by 52%

    Fire Rate - Proper weapon maintenance is crucial
    1 rarity: Common - increase fire rate by 17%
    2 rarity: Rare - increase fire rate by 25%
    3 rarity: Epic - increase fire rate by 33%
    4 rarity: Legendary - increase fire rate by 41%

    Fast Reload - New magazines make reloading a breeze
    1 rarity: Common - increase reload speed by 12%
    2 rarity: Rare - increase reload speed by 17%
    3 rarity: Epic - increase reload speed by 25%
    4 rarity: Legendary - increase reload speed by 33%

    Health - Doc has stumbled across some extra medical ration
    1 rarity: Common - increase health by 17%
    2 rarity: Rare - increase health by 23%
    3 rarity: Epic - increase health by 28%
    4 rarity: Legendary -increase health by 33%

    Minimum Wage - These units are low maintenance
    1 rarity: Common - reduce deployment cost by 17%
    2 rarity: Rare - reduce deployment cost by 23%
    3 rarity: Epic - reduce deployment cost by 28%
    4 rarity: Legendary -reduce deployment cost by 33%

    Steady - New body armor absorbs impacts
    1 rarity: Common - reduced stagger chance by 17%
    2 rarity: Rare - reduced stagger chance by 23%
    3 rarity: Epic - reduced stagger chance by 28%
    4 rarity: Legendary -reduced stagger chance by 33%

    Unstoppable - Even barbed wire can't slow down your units
    1 rarity: Common - reduce slow down by 33%
    2 rarity: Rare - reduce slow down by 43%
    3 rarity: Epic - reduce slow down by 53%
    4 rarity: Legendary - reduce slow down by 66%


    Attack cards

    Army Surplus
    Rarity: Common - Decrease unit deployment cost by 10%

    Big Head Mode
    Rarity: Common - A science experiment gone horribly wrong! The effects appear to be cosmetic only

    Unit Damage
    Rarity: Common - Increase the damage dealt by your units by 10%

    Fatigue
    Rarity: Common - Decrease enemy movement speed by 20%

    Fire Rate
    Rarity: Common - Increase your army's rate of fire by 15%

    500 Munitions -> 1000 Munitions
    Rarity: Common - Bring 500 extra Munitions into battle

    1000 Munitions -> 2000 Munitions
    Rarity: Common - Bring 1000 extra Munitions into battle

    2000 Munitions -> 3000 Munitions
    Rarity: Rare - Bring 2000 extra Munitions into battle

    3000 Munitions
    Rarity: Rare - Bring 3000 extra Munitions into battle

    Unit Health
    Rarity: Common - Increase the starting health of yours units by 10%

    Influanza
    Rarity: Common - Decrease enemy health by 10%

    Plague
    Rarity: Rare - Decrease enemy movement speed by 10% and health by 20%

    Unit Cap +2 -> +4
    Rarity: Common - Increase your unit cap by 2 for the duration of battle

    Unit Cap +4 -> +8
    Rarity: Common - Increase your unit cap by 4 for the duration of battle

    Unit Cap +8
    Rarity: Rare - Increase your unit cap by 8 for the duration of battle

    Bombing Run
    Rarity: Common - Watch destruction fall from the sky by calling in strategic bombers

    Decoy
    Rarity: Common - Enemies find this decoy to be an irresistible target

    Rally Flag
    Rarity: Common - Rally your units and give them the best possible fighting chance

    Paratroopers
    Rarity: Common - These elite units can be dropped anywhere on the battlefield

    Fire Bomb
    Rarity: Common - Rain fire from the sky and ignite everything it touches

    Missile
    Rarity: Common - Precisions missile strike: call in coordinates and watch the fireworks

    Tear Gas
    Rarity: Common - Cloud your enemy's vision and stop them in their tracks

    Focus Fire
    Rarity: Common - Focus your army's fire and they'll ignore everything else


    Command Card

    Ego
    Rarity: Common - Defenders have abnormally large heads; don't worry. this won't affect their performance

    Tachymetric Control
    Increase Anti-Air detection range by 10%

    Generl Contractor
    Defensive structures have 10% increased health

    Great post! Maybe include the rare cards too (Heroes, valor, gold etc)

    Will have a look next time I'm playing & see if there's anything I can add to the list.

      Iv got 3 empty command card slots... damn I want a card to pop in there soooo much. Feels like a waste to have 3 empty slots.

        Trade in Valor if you have enough. I traded in 33 Valor and my return = 11 epics 8 of which were HQ cards.

          Is Valor really a Epic card?. Ive pulled them in common packs before. But sorta bummed I pulled a epic pack from an attack and only ended up with a Valor. I Think this might be the second time I opened a epic pack with just a Valor as a rare other was with a paid pack.

            I think Valor is epic and have random drop from packs and fights,same like it structure cards.

              Pulled a lvl 3 damage perk stoked damage hardly ever drops for me. If I lvl up to lvl 4 damage. Wont be able use damage on any other players unless its lvl 1 though.

              I got 4 more lvls till I can add a 6th attack troop. But 24 valors at the moment 21 from attacks since I turned lvl 26 im at lvl 30 now But no structures pulled other then a barbed wire.

              I will say I appreciate being able to pull gold.
              I know ive pulled pulled at least 200 since I started the game. Just bought two 50 dbl munitions with it. That alone enough for a lvl 4 base and some.

                    When I use the accuracy perk, it does not increase the percentage as it describes.

                    1 rarity: Common - increase accuracy by 8%
                    2 rarity: Rare - increase accuracy by 12%
                    3 rarity: Epic - increase accuracy by 17%
                    4 rarity: Legendary - increase accuracy by 25%

                    Like using the common level accuracy perk, 71 + 71 * 8% = 76.6; but after adding it, it is 73.
                    Any one notices this issue?
